Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath Healing Journey at The Eagle's Nest of San Antonio Healing Arts Center, where vibration and frequency will guide you into relaxation, release, and renewal. Using singing bowls, tuning forks, and drum, Lanette will create a soundscape that allows your mind to quiet, your body to soften, and your energy to reset.
