The Intro to Fasting program is especially good for those who have never fasted before, are curious about what it is about and benefit from having guidance and support while fasting. Even those who have done fasting before find it beneficial to have support during fasting and would find this program beneficial.Â
What you will learn
We will learn about the different types of fasting, the tricks to controlling hunger during fasting periods, how to prepare for fasting, and some tools we can use to help us on our fasting journey.Â
Program Logistics
During this 4 Week Intro to Fasting program, participants will receive the following:
- Weekly live Zoom call where we will discuss the topic for the week with a small group of (max 12) participants so that each recipient recieves individual guidance during the calls
- Access to Private group where participants can ask questions and receive support from each other and from Lanette
- Handouts and information about fasting
- Access to Lanette via chat for questions and support
We will meet on Thursdays from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm beginning January 7th. Meeting dates are January 7, 14, 21, 28
